CAPTAIN KETTLEBELL brings the ULTIMATE snatch test challenge to the world. Are you finding the standard snatch test too easy ? Do you wish it was a tad harder , you know - you've done the 24kg, 28kg, 32kg bells. You've done them with a single hand change as well ( well, except the 32s i'll admit ) Well here's the next stage - strap on a pair of stilts and start all over again. BE CAREFUL - this is NOT like doing it with your feet on terrafirma. You're stabilizing muscles work overtime ! Your legs feel like jelly and you are ALWAYS worried that that rep will either pull you backwards and tip you over ( not good at all ) or pull you forwards and make you kiss concrete. There is no jumping off these things folks. Broken legs, hips, arms and heads are a serious possibility ! be warned DO NOT DO THIS UNLESS YOU ARE VERY COMPETENT AT STILT WALKING ( in not ) or EXTREMELY STUPID ( er, me ... ) Right - thats a world record before breakfast - whats next :-)
